ReplyDeleteI never used alclad for metalizer but i remember reading folks who are using it claim that it should NOT be glossed over because it is taking the sheen away or some such reason, yet you did and it turned out to be just fine!
I got a question tho, what was the final coat, x22 gloss again alone or it was the part where you mixed the flat base into per your description at youtube?

I'm sorry I did not saw your question. Alclad definitely will lose effect of NMF if You use matt coat, so I dont use it for nmf. I am using a mix of X-22 with small amount of flat base, I allways test while mixing. Only for for anti glare panels I am using XF-86. Thanks for looking All the best! Dusan.
